Welcome to Order Kary. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of https://orderkary.shop and to any order you place with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About Us

Order Kary ("we", "us", "our") sells imported gadgets and household products in Pakistan. Legal business name: OrderKary | Address: Saad Ahmed, Red Gate, Opposite NOOR Masjid, and Opposite PAKISTAN POSTAL LIFE INSURANCE OFFICE, MAIN PMA Road, Abbottabad. 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent or guardian's permission. You agree to give correct and complete information when ordering.

3. Products and Descriptions

  • Our products are imported from different countries and sold in lots, so stock can be limited and may change without notice.
  • We try to show accurate photos, videos and descriptions. Colors, packaging and minor design details may differ slightly from what you see on screen, and different batches may look slightly different.
  • Product videos and demonstrations show typical use. Results and performance can vary from person to person.
  • Products are for normal personal use and must be used as described in their instructions.

4. Prices and Availability

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • We may change prices, discounts and offers at any time. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • If a price or description is shown by mistake, or a product is out of stock, we may cancel or correct the order and will inform you. Any advance payment will be refunded in full.

5. Placing and Confirming Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order, which may be by WhatsApp message, phone call or dispatch.
  • We may contact you by WhatsApp or phone to verify your details. If we cannot reach you, or the details appear false or incomplete, we may delay or cancel the order.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fake or fraudulent orders, orders from customers who repeatedly refused parcels, or orders we cannot deliver.

6. Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
  • Advance payment: You pay to our official account before dispatch. Please confirm our account details on WhatsApp at 03011900090 before paying. We are not responsible for payments sent to any other account.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available for orders sent by Pakistan Post.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, including delivery times, charges and courier partners. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are covered in our Return & Refund Policy. By ordering, you agree to it, including recording a parcel-opening video for damage claims.

9. Order Cancellation

You may ask to cancel an order on WhatsApp before it is dispatched. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, it can only be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Warranty

Products carry no manufacturer warranty beyond the return terms in our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Place fake or abusive orders, or give false details
  • Try to hack, disrupt or damage the site
  • Copy or reuse our content without our permission

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the logo, text, images, videos and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent. Brand names shown on products belong to their respective owners.

13. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

14. Limitation of Liability

  1. We provide the website and products 'as available'" is risky for products. Your Return Policy promises a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items, so don't disclaim the products as if there is no responsibility. Keep "as available" for the website only.
  2. Limits on liability should not cover things the law never lets you exclude, such as fraud or injury caused by your negligence. Adding a short carve-out makes the whole clause more likely to be respected.
  3. Misuse: for massagers and similar products, it helps to say you are not liable if a product is used against its instructions.
  4. Refund wording: the "amount you paid" cap is reasonable. Saying it includes delivery charges avoids any dispute.

15. Links to Other Sites

Our site may link to other sites, such as courier tracking pages or social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with its date, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
